This year's Winter NAMM show was right out of the top drawer. More people than ever before, plenty of amazing new technologies on show, and some very special guests, some of whom we've managed to grab a word with in our 'Sounds of NAMM 2019' video below, along with some tips and techniques for recording for film from Spiderman 3 composer, Adam Barber.

In our soundscape, we capture the sounds of the show, and some standout bits of kit: William Close and his incredible Earth Harp; Audient's amazing Sono guitar interface demoed by Blur guitarist, Graham Coxon; Orianthi's new range of guitar pedals by Nexi Industries; and Novation's colourful Launchpad XL, to name a few. All the sounds you hear are captured by us on the show floor, using JH Audio Layla IEMs, and Lectrosonics SPDR recorder with a pair of Lectrosonics 152 mics.
